Exposure Real Estate has been in business since 2014. Owned and operated by Kevin and Carina Tomlinson, Exposure Real Estate brings a new concept for local real estate sales and property management. As the Principal of Exposure Real Estate I have a holistic view to the business, believing in a close relationship between the two main aspects of the business, namely Sales & Property Management. With a fresh approach to Real Estate we continually strive to find innovative ways to support the business, but more importantly our clients. We believe in building relationships with all our clients from investors to tenants to vendors. The days of buyers and tenants walking from real estate office to real estate office are gone so we use the internet as our key marketing tool. The main areas serviced by Exposure Real Estate are the Greater Springfield and Ipswich.

Her passion for real estate stems in part from her family background in the industry, and her enjoyment of working with people. Megan's enthusiasm, transparency, attention to detail, and genuine communication skills, have seen her build strong and lasting relationships in a short time with her buyers and vendors alike.
