I've met Caren a few times in open homes.... She is not one for bull dust or over inflated egos, she says it like it is, she knows her stuff and is there for her sellers. I put my unit on the market on the Wednesday it was up and running Thurs, we had an open Sat, half a dozen offers later that day then everyone put their best offer in for review on Sunday and it was sold that day for $35,000 over the asking price. What makes Caren standout is her no nonsense approach, her wealth of knowledge in the industry and the local realestate area. She is honest and will listen to you. She is not judgmental and doesn’t take anything for granted. She sold our property at a record price for the complex. Caren was very mindful of how difficult it was to have Open Days in the heat, having to take our dog out. This was kept to a minimum. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Her whole team work so well together. Highly recommended.
