I've met Caren a few times in open homes.... She is not one for bull dust or over inflated egos, she says it like it is, she knows her stuff and is there for her sellers. I put my unit on the market on the Wednesday it was up and running Thurs, we had an open Sat, half a dozen offers later that day then everyone put their best offer in for review on Sunday and it was sold that day for $35,000 over the asking price.
