Picking an agent to sell your house is tricky. You never know if you've chosen the right person. Steph was amazing. She loved our little house as much as we did. She was excited about having the listing. The appraisal was descriptive and justified by her recent sales in the area. Steph was confident and happy to promote our home. Steph had offers from the first open house. She worked hard presenting us with all our options. We sold our home within 30 days to a lovely young couple who loved it as much as we did. It was such an effortless transaction for us, but Steph worked hard, securing the contract and continuing to work hard for the new buyers with multiple inspections and repair requests.
