Such a pleasant experience and with such professionalism. Stephanie was caring and considerate to the situation of selling our Mum's house. Stephanie also assisted with tradespeople that we needed to get work done after the 'Building & Pest Inspection'. Coming into Christmas it is so hard to get Tradesmen for any jobs, however, Stephanie put us in touch with her tradespeople connections and all went so smoothly. The Conveyancing Company that Stephanie recommended were also amazing and made the experience very 'stress free'. I cannot speak highly enough of the complete service that was provided. Will definitely be using Stephanie when I am ready to sell and have recommended her to all my friends as well. Also her fee of 1% commission was such a saving to us as well. Thank-you so much Stephanie...forever grateful..

To sell our property, we had meetings with multiple agents in our local area, and decided to list with Nicole. We had a triple win, firstly, in that Nicole’s fees were some of the most competitive that we could find. Secondly, her character was genuine and authentic, which we valued the most. Thirdly, she was able to secure us an excellent result in terms of the sale of our home, which ran very smoothly. By far, the way she communicated with us was the best part of the sales process, keeping us updated throughout and answering all of our questions. She also put a lot of extra effort into the presentation of our property, for us to get the best result and feel good about the sale - no other agent seemed to want to do this, but instead, seemed to want a quick and easy sale at a low price. Her photographer was exceptional! I highly recommend Nicole’s services to anyone who wants the best sales results, the most authentic and talented agent, and the most competitive commission. Thanks Nicole!

Nicole applied all of her personality skills to resolve, without difficulty, issues that many would not have even recognised. Aspects of the property being transacted were unique and suited my situation. Many others also saw the advantages of the property. The transaction was executed with efficiency and without difficulty. We look now to engage Nicole in further transactions. cheers John
