We have used Stephanie twice one as a buyer in 2018 then as a seller in 2023. Stephanie was spot on with her marketing advice and I loved the photographer she recommended. I can say enough about Stephanie we didn’t know how the house would go with high interest rates and reluctant buyers waiting for the governments next move. We shouldn’t have worried the house sold within a week, we had a very successful open home and online launch and Stephanie got us a price that was over the estimate. We are so happy that we paid for a fair commission but got such high level service.
