Meeting Nicole for the first time was so liberating. I knew I had made the best decision in terms of industry knowledge, contacts, general knowledge of the area, professionalism, and most importantly genuine support and caring through a really tough and emotional process. Nicole is a master at what she does and I would highly recommend her to anybody considering the sale of their home. You will feel supported and in touch with the latest real estate trends through the entire process. Nicole put together a beautiful and comprehensive marketing package and together with her contacts made the whole process much less stressful. Her skill in talking to prospective buyers and being able to identify their needs and the suitability of the property is second to none. She was able to sell my property with its own merits, with integrity and without the need to diminish the value of other properties currently on the market in the same vicinity st the same time. Other members of her fraternity could learn a lot from Nicole in this regard. A huge bonus for me was Nicole’s fees for all of her hard work. I was amazed and ecstatic to have the opportunity to sell my property with a 1% + GST commission. The saving for me was over $20,000 in commission compared to other agents!! This has been an absolute blessing for me having that amount of extra money come my way in the final settlement. For anybody considering an agent, the savings along with being able to work alongside a resourceful and beautiful lady such as Nicole make the experience a lot less challenging.
