I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Louise (Lou) throughout my rental application process. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and consistently kept me updated at every stage. Her communication was outstanding — I always felt informed, supported, and never left wondering what was happening next. A huge thank you as well to Lou and Elysie and the rest of the team. Everyone I dealt with was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me secure my new rental. They reached out multiple times to ensure I had all the information I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their dedication and support. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a positive and caring real estate experience!

They were absolutely wonderful and so helpful about helping me find a place to call my own, Naomi was specially the most helpful even going out of her way to let me view my new home before submitting my application in. I just want to say a massive thank you to them and to fall real estate for all their wonderful help!!

Having been scarred by previous dealings with other real estate agencies, it has been such a joy to work with Krystle. Warm, professional and very easy to communicate with. Can’t overstate what a difference it makes to work with someone who is so organised and accommodating - especially when I was interstate over the Christmas/New Year period. Would highly recommend this agency - and Krystle! - to anyone. Can’t thank her enough for making my most recent move such a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Falls Real Estate have been managing our property in Midway Point for 21 years. Over that time we have had a number of property managers, yet each and every one of them have gone above and beyond to ensure we're always kept updated, completed regular inspections and forwarded detailed inspection reports with pictures. We have always found them to be professional, knowledgable and most importantly excel in customer service. Laura Verity and Sam Gala are our current Property Managers and we can't speak highly enough. They are efficient, professional and always helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Falls Real Estate to anyone.

Kristy at Fall RE is managing the rental of my property. The onboarding process was very easy, with good communication from Kristy at each step. I don’t live in Hobart at the moment, so it is important for me to have someone on the ground I can trust. Thanks Kristy for the support so far.
