Since the inspection they were already welcoming and helpful. Both Dee and Laura were always present. Answered all my calls (there were plenty!) always with friendly tone. Never missed a call. They offered us support from the moment of the inspection until now (a few weeks in). Looking forward for next months to come.

I have been in touch with Laura and Dee for the past couple of weeks only, but their response to my phone calls or e-mail is always Excellent. The tenants requirements or any other repairs in the property is very clearly conveyed to us by both of them. Recently we had some major repairs in our property and getting quotes on that and giving feed back on prices were Great. Co-ordinating the repair work also handle very well by them .
