My experience with Prue and her team for more than 12 months has been excellent. Prue has been always available and ready to discuss any property management related issues. I certainly look forward to continuing to work with her and her team.

Kristy and the team at Fall haven been our property managers for nearly 5 years. They have been faultless. I am so impressed at their diligence, professionalism and care for what they do. Rent adjustments, tenant changes, maintenance and routine inspections are managed with the ease. As an investor I could not ask for any better. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Laura has been absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning she has been easy to contact and has maintained excellent communication. She is incredibly proactive and communicates between us and the owner extremely well. Moving interstate isn't easy and we've had obstacles in every other area, but Laura has made our rental move incredibly easy and stress free.

Professional, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She gave clear advice on pricing, timelines and tenant selection, and delivered exactly what she said she would. The property was leased quickly with minimal inconvenience to me, including very manageable open homes. She also connected me with great tradies at a much better price than I’d been quoted elsewhere. I trusted her judgement throughout and she didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend.
