I have been a tenant with falls for the past four and a half years. My experience with dealing with the property managers, the receptionists and all I had to ask for has been met with higher expectations than I thought was possible. Whenever a situation arose, the team were only to happy to assist and gave responses very quickly and were very informative. Can't thank the team at falls enough for what they do to help. I will be using them again in the near future. Last property manager was Dee Hall.

I've found the team at Fall real estate, in particular the property manager Kristy Murtagh, to be really easy to deal with and very efficient. My emails are acted on immediately, and the queries coming from tenants for maintenance/repairs are all reasonable, well framed, and with appropriate recommended actions.
