I rented a house from Fall Real Estate recently. It is a challenge to find a rental property in Tasmania. However, Ariel Dao who helped us a lot and she was highly professional and very prompt in resolving issues or requests, which is a true sign of a great real estate agent!!! Ariel's professionalism was greatly appreciated as it made the whole process transparent and easy to navigate. Ariel had done such an amazing job from day one to the end of the process. Thank you so much Ariel Dao!!! Further, I should mentioned my property Managers Kelly and Molly always provided information in advance to avoid any delays. It is rare to find such a good real estate property agency. But, I'm lucky that Fall Real Estate made us more comfortable and stress-free. I am very happy with the service from Fall Real Estate. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. The staff are accomodating to make property inspections when I am in Hobart. My only concern is that the property management has changed to a number of team members over the past 5 years, from senior to junior staff. That said, I am kept informed of changes and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

With my lease ending and being stuck in Hospital, I urgently needed somewhere to live without stairs. Fall Howrah had a property that suited my needs perfectly but how to organise the lease, pay the rent and generally get sorted. Enter Molly; I messed the lease signing, Lilly sorted it. I messed up the rent payment, with huge patience Lilly sorted it. Stuck in Hospital for 12 weeks without the help and kindness of Lilly and Fall, I would have let Hospital Homeless. So from my experience Lilly and Fall have been Excellent. Thank You.
