Exceeded Expectations
what started as simple curiosity and enquiry regarding market trends, Justin was quick to afford us the time to prepare a report for my wife and I to look through. There was a very relaxed 'no pressure' feel, so we then decided to take the property to market and was very much rewarded for doing this. Communication throughout was above expectation and Justin has a very professional all-encompassing approach to his dealings.

My experience
This guy.. this is the guy you want. if purchasing, selling, renting. Whatever it may be, this is the guy you want. Over the last months it has been a stressful period for myself and wife looking for a house and some of the other real estates agents I dealt with wouldn't give me the time of day or were just arrogant in general. Justin, however treated me like a friend I have known for 30 years. His knowledge was fantastic, he was extremely punctual and friendly to talk with. Justin and the whole fall real estate were a pleasure to deal with. And they have had made myself,my wife and two kids extremely happy with our dream house. Thank you very much.

The most polite, easy to communicate with agent we've met yet!
Gloria and I have been attempting to purchase property for over 12 months now. We've dealt with countless agents, and sadly haven't had great experiences with most of them. Justin has absolutely changed our view, and been nothing short of amazing! He's easy to communicate with, and keeps you informed throughout the journey. He went above and beyond to ensure we knew next steps, and worked around our schedules instead of trying to cram us into times that suited him. Justin was easy to approach, and extremely friendly. His attention to detail is applaudable, though he still keeps things easy to understand. We cannot recommend Justin highly enough.
