Great agent
Went and saw the house and the agent sat and had a chat, gladly showed us everything we wanted to see. When it came down to the final decision about who got the place, she was honest and talked us through what was happening. Later that afternoon we got a very happy message. The rest of the process was easy too and we managed to avoid the stress of finding a place before Christmas and in the times we are currently in.
