Ngaio has been our rental manager the entire time and has been nothing but helpful, obliging and efficient. We unfortunately had to break our lease but the house was leased within a week of us vacating. Communication was always thorough and always prompt with her replies. Though the remaining tenancy lease was short, she and her team have provided exceptionally prompt and quality service and guided me through the landlord insurance acquisition, bill payment, tenant moving out, to name but just a few.
