Property managers Ngaio and Maya are a good team that negotiated a good outcome when we did not wish to renew the lease with the previous tenant. The proof will be in the pudding, but by the sounds of it the new tenant will be a much better, and the increased rental price is much welcome. Thank you Ngaio and Maya!

As an interstate landlord, I need to be able to trust Fall with all aspects of lease renewal and property management, and I'm happy with the service they've provided to date. I've been with them for a few years now and they've been helpful throughout, including providing perspective on local market conditions and detail around service providers as & when needed. Importantly, I qualify my ongoing use of Fall against investment objectives year on year, and I remain satisfied with their performance across the board.

Went and saw the house and the agent sat and had a chat, gladly showed us everything we wanted to see. When it came down to the final decision about who got the place, she was honest and talked us through what was happening. Later that afternoon we got a very happy message. The rest of the process was easy too and we managed to avoid the stress of finding a place before Christmas and in the times we are currently in.
