I have been using Fall Real estate for my two investment properties for over 2 years now, Bec and Aimee (and previously Tania) have all been amazing. They are quick, detailed, easy to talk to and flexible. I would recommend anyone use them as your property managers

Aimee and Bec have made our rental experience process so far really enjoyable and simple. They are both super friendly, professional and act on things in such a prompt manner.

I have been dealing with Fall Real Estate in general for 15 years, the last 2 with Fall Real Estate, Howrah. Ngaio has been our rental manager the entire time and has been nothing but helpful, obliging and efficient. We unfortunately had to break our lease but the house was leased within a week of us vacating. Communication was always thorough and always prompt with her replies. I recommend Falls Real Estate for all your renting/buying needs.

Ngaio has been extremely helpful in handling the transition after I have bought the property for owner occupation. Though the remaining tenancy lease was short, she and her team have provided exceptionally prompt and quality service and guided me through the landlord insurance acquisition, bill payment, tenant moving out, to name but just a few. I will definitely engage Ngaio and Fall Real Estate for rental matter in future and recommend their service to others without hesitation.
