The team at Fall Real Estate North Hobart have been exceptional at managing my property for the past four years. Thank you to Elyse and Keeley for their efficiency, organisation, incredible communication and efforts with a recent change of tenancy. They made the process so smooth and with such minimal stress for all involved. They had constant, transparent communication and follow up, which was awesome! I truly really feel as though they have the best interest of all involved at heart, and appreciate the attention to detail to find a positive fit for my home. I am, as a always, incredibly grateful that my home is in such exceptional professional care! Thank you again. Words truly aren’t enough to express my gratitude!

I have found Tania to be very helpful in our dealings with a tenant and also finding a new tenant for my home. She keeps me informed and up-to-date with what is happening.

Initially I tried to self manage my rental; what a nightmare that became. Bec and Aimee seamlessly worked together with me and I couldn’t be more happy and comfortable with their services. Always available wether it be a quick phone call or email. Highly recommend.

We lease a property through Fall in Oakdowns, Aimee and Bec are the property managers. They have always been happy to receive our calls on any issue, ensured the landlord is alerted to maintenance issues which are promptly addressed, and have always been polite, professional and friendly in all contact we have had with them. Speaking from the perspective of a tenant they have been great to deal with, and I can't imagine that there would be a situation in which a landlord/lady would have any issue with them.
