Fall Real estate have been exceptional in every way, as we are interstate owners, and needed a property manager to oversee our investment. We were using another Real estate agency who were a nightmare to deal with. We had tenants who damaged the property, and broke the lease and an agency falsely overcharging us for work not done. Once changing to Fall Real Estate, we notice a huge difference in service and looking after us as the owners and our tenants. They always kept in contact with us to give us updates, or if there were issues, and most importantly, found us the most amazing tenants that owners could only dream of. We have now been with Fall for approx 5 years, and have not one complaint, and I would highly recommend them.
