Excellent Property Manager
Ariel and Molly are incredibly helpful and responsive to my queries. They look after the management of my rental properties very well and over the years I have had several Property Managers (at different companies) and Ariel and Molly are by far the best I have had.

Professional approach

First Year
We have found in our first year with Falls that everything has been wonderful. Very efficient and professional service that has required us to do very little and not worry. It began with very well presented advertising for tenants - the vetting of applications and selection of what has proven to be extremely good clients. That has flown thru the whole year with every facet of their service and we are very happy and satisfied.
