From the first contact Jo (and Kelly) showed a knowledge of the West Hobart market and advised clearly on a marketing strategy, and recommended a price starting point. Jo communicated about the process of sale and provided an estimated time frame, which was always kept to and with regular phone calls/texts to keep us informed. Her attention to detail was obvious in the photographs taken and the brochures produced. The property sold within 48 hours of internet listing, for a price at the upper end of expectation and was followed by a seamless settlement period of less than three weeks. We have been very happy with Jason and his approach to selling our property, especially under the circumstances where the social distancing effects of Covid 19 were instigated the week the house went on the market. Jason worked through the difficulty of that, showed the house to numerous parties and managed a contract within 2 weeks. We found Jason: - astute with establishing a realistic sale price - not adverse to any of our ideas and clear and considerate as to what was good or not so good - fair and honest - a good communicator always keeping us updated on developments - a determined salesperson - helpful with a whole range of aspects surrounding selling including styling, how far to do maintenance and make good works, etc. We generally found Jason very approachable, knowledgeable and excellent to deal with and would happily recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or purchase property.

Jason and NIcki were engaged to sell my property as they know there Real Estate and are honest people who I could trust to do the right thing by me. It is fair to say my property made them earn their commission as they had to sell the house three times to complete the sale, and it is fair to say negotiations at times were tricky. After my initial offer fell over months later due to finance extensions that ultimately failed, Corona Virus hit and it made it even tougher conditions for us all. Overall I found that Jason and Nicki communicated really well and did all they could to sell in a difficult time. Unfortunately for me given the failed first few offers accepted, my time on the market grew and then offers being received were low balled some as far as 100,000+ less than the original offer, meaning Jason and Nicki had to work real hard to find a buyer in a realistic price range which they did. Overall I can say if you are after an honest hard working Real estate Agent you can trust to sell your Property then give Jason and Nicki a go.
