Outcome driven and strategic
I know quite a few really good real estate agents, but I chose Enrico to sell my property because he showed a genuine interest in working hard to get the best and most realistic price. He doesn't cut corners. He tells you the honest truth and has a good sense of what is happened in the Hobart market. Best of all was Enrico's communication skills. You are never left wondering what is happening, even if there is no news, he tells you. I would use Enrico again that's for sure and I thanks him for a great result on the sale of our property.

The team at Fall real estate have been incredible in assisting us to buy our family home. They were professional but also friendly, going out of their way to show us through the property and help us understand the contract of sale. Highly Recommended
When it was time to put my house on market I knew who to call to be my agent. There was only one agent and that was Enrico from Falls Restate. Very personable agent
Right advice on how to present the property no doubt sold the property in double quick time. On the net Wednesday night, Realty Guide Thursday, open home and 3 signed offers by lunchtime Saturday. The dollar was well above expections but was what Jason said it was likely to be - can't beat that. TOP AGENT JASON A.

Consummate professional
