An agent with people in mind
We decided to sell, listed, had one crazy open home, multiple offers and sold...within about 10 days. Sounds exciting? It was. But also quite stressful and overwhelming. While the market inevitably did its job, what we really appreciated from Team Andrikonis is that they respected things like how sentimental a house sale is. How difficult a choice it is when multiple offers are placed in front of you and how (at least in our case) it’s about more than just the highest offer to you. We really appreciate the effort surrounding those “extra miles”
