We were very impressed with how Justin, as the vendor's agent, treated us as the purchasers in the transaction. He was very professional, responsive and friendly in all of our interactions with him. We were interstate at the time of settlement and Justin went above and beyond in facilitating a pre-settlement inspection and connections to utilities etc. He got back to us very promptly whenever we had any questions or concerns about the property. If you are a prospective vendor, you can rest assured that Justin will treat your potential purchasers with the highest degree of professionalism. Very highly recommended agent!

Short sales campaign on an investment property where contracts were offered within two days of the first open house.... two of them were from previous clients who obviously trusted you, which also helped us.

Outstanding effort, puts 110% into her listings and recommends the best outcome for her vendors. Over expectations of views and numerous offers, Deb set the right price for the market and accomplished this. Thank you Deb for all your efforts for a brilliant outcome.

I found Justin to be very helpful and knowledgeable from the first time I met him. He has a good understanding of the market, and achieved a great result in no time. As I had never sold before he was so helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed about every step along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin to anyone thinking of selling their property, who wants a friendly knowledgeable agent who really does care.

Andrea responded to my request for an appraisal instantly, and showed up on time. She gave me great feedback and advice on how to proceed with a sales contract, and kept me informed every step of the way. For a first time seller she made me feel confident in her knowledge and understanding of the market in my area, and received multiple offers within a day. From first consultation I found her to be very happy and friendly, but honest and trustworthy also. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jason really delivered when it came to the sale of our property. Real estate is business! Yet, Jason surpassed every level of a business deal expectation. His commitment, communication and transparency are second to none. He kept us well informed throughout each stage, and we were never left wondering where we were at. We’re Melbourne based people, which could have made things more complex. Jason went above and beyond to accommodate. Never once wavering from being a part of the successful “fall real estate” family.... Jason, you are so much more than this, possibly one of the most genuine and honest people we have been fortunate enough to cross paths with. A true specialist in not only real estate, but in humanity. I would recommend Jason in a heartbeat, even prior to our successful property sale.

Andrea Cooper has set a high bar for what I will expect of agents in the future. Over several months she kept me informed regularly with no nonsense advice as to when and how I should initiate sale of my property. Her knowledge of local sales data and state of the market is impressive. When the time came, Andrea worked very quickly and kept me in the loop via email, text or phone call every step of the way. The property sold above my target price in just 3 days! I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I can't fault this guy. Just Atkinson was professional, courteous and super fast at every step. He provided comprehensive data to back up his sales figures and worked way beyond normal knock off time to secure me a fantastic price in just 3 days on the market. I almost felt guilty taking his phone call on the golf course! If you want a hassle free sale give him a call.
