From the moment I met Jo and Kelly I felt very comfortable that they would be the perfect representatives for the selling of my property. Jo's communication, marketing knowledge and professionalism are second to none. Therefore I would not hesitate in recommending her to any prospective person wishing to sell or purchase a property.

We loved Vlad's service from start to finish! He works hard to get you the best value, is open and transparent, and his knowledge of the market and market trends means he can give the best advice.

Having dealt with Justin in the past, I was very happy to use his services again, this time to sell rather than buy a property. In both situations, Justin's calm, relaxed, communicative and very professional manner shone through and made both experiences very positive. Justin shares with the buyer/seller his expert knowledge in a clear and professional manner and, importantly, is very respectful and does not apply pressure to make a decision. I would gladly use his services again and would recommend him to anyone seeking agency assistance to buy or sell.

Kelly and Jo delivered an impeccable service, securing a sale within 24 hours of our home going to market. They fought hard to get us the best price and their professionalism, great advice and communication were of the highest level. We highly recommend Kelly and Jo.

It is hard to write this review as our house sold in 24 hours. That may be enough of a recommendation in itself. Justin was well spoken, helpful and punctual. I could not have asked for more.

Jo and Kelly were amazing right from the beginning. They kept me updated each step of the way and fought hard to get the best price possible, and for that we are forever grateful! Would not hesitate in recommending them or using them if we decide to sell future property again.

We had a great experience working with Jason at Falls. He was extremely helpful, prompt and encouraging. We were buying our first home so had lost of questions. He was very generous with his time. There were also tenants in the property we bought and we were also impressed that he was very mindful of their rights and of being considerate managing the viewings, inspections etc. during the COVID period. We thought he was very professional and would highly recommend him.

Jo and Kelly have been incredibly helpful with any inquiries I have had as a purchaser of one of their properties. Any queries I have had, they were only a text message or phone call away.
