Having purchased our next home from Fall Real Estate through Jason Andrikonis we were confident his enthusiastic and professional attention to detail would work for us when selling our existing home. With assistance from his wife and business partner, Nikki, the sales strategy presented to us convinced us we would be well served and in the course of some twenty days a programme of visitations, planned to accommodate our best interests and convenience was successfully implemented. The marketing of our home was very effective and the sale price achieved was in excess of the original asking price thanks to Jason's caring and co-ordinated processes.

Jo Brownless was amazing at selling our property. I tried to sell this myself but given how much stress is involved opted to go to an agent. I cannot express the hard work Jo put into helping us with now a sale of the property. Her passion and kindness and dedication is next to none. I would highly recommend her for any sale and will be telling all my contacts to go the Falls and ask for Jo.

Andrea was always at the forefront with selling our house. She was always telling us any progress that was made and was happy to give her opinion and advice on what she was seeing in the market. More than happy with the service she provided.

Andrea is professional and approachable and easy to communicate with. The whole process to purchase my own home was smooth and easy. Andrea was flexible and met me at the property on more than one occasion. Nothing was a problem. She kept me informed the whole way through. A great experience. Thank you Andrea :)

We have been using Fall for all of our property sales, however this was our first transaction with Andrea. Safe to say, the quality of service was yet again very high and we achieved a very satisfactory sale outcome. Regular communication from Andrea kept us informed of progress and process which was very important to us. We are looking forward to running our next sale through Andrea.

Justin helped me a lot as it was my first time, and I didn’t have no knowledge at all. He explained everything real well to me. And made it a lot easier for me then what I thought it would be.
