Covid19, May-Aug what a time to sell investment properties..... Was referred to Joe Farr by a couple of investors and I'm glad I took the advice. Joe is a SALESMAN through and through, the guy you need in your corner for sure. 2 properties sold in less than 12 weeks in the face of all that covid uncertainty. His upbeat and pragmatic dialogue kept me from despair and it felt like a team on task. We even managed to keep the tenants happy as both were sold to investors so I didn't have vacancy issues and the guilt from tipping people out. Thumbs up Joe, thumbs up!
