I would like to highly recommend Joe and his team. From the moment Joe had our listing they all went to work straight away and kept us updated continually. A sale was made very quickly! Many thanks to all involved. Cannot recommend them enough :)

Covid19, May-Aug what a time to sell investment properties..... Was referred to Joe Farr by a couple of investors and I'm glad I took the advice. Joe is a SALESMAN through and through, the guy you need in your corner for sure. 2 properties sold in less than 12 weeks in the face of all that covid uncertainty. His upbeat and pragmatic dialogue kept me from despair and it felt like a team on task. We even managed to keep the tenants happy as both were sold to investors so I didn't have vacancy issues and the guilt from tipping people out. Thumbs up Joe, thumbs up!

Joe's transparency in negotiating fairly for both sellers and buyers leads to efficient outcomes for both. His experience is obvious in comparison with other agents.

Joe,Michael and team were great, our sale was handled professionally from the start. We achieved our price in a very short time and couldn’t fault Joe and Michael for their assistance and very friendly manner. Would highly recommend and have done so already to friends and neighbours. Hopefully we will remain in touch as friends.
