Super Agent
Joe Farr, who is he.. a "Super Agent"! Not only did Joe achieve the price we wanted he over exceeded it. We had another well renowned named agency in the industry try to sell our home prior to Platinum and they had no real urgency or duty of care.. very disappointing we may say.. Joe not only sold our home but he sold it to the same buyer who came through the Open Home from the other agency and got the buyer to pay more than they offered the 1st time. It just goes to show that care and thought goes a long way and achieves results beyond compare. We are forever grateful to Joe. Out of the box thinker
Joe was able to look past current sales in our street. The local agents said we were dreaming as the sale would have to be in the Sixers. Joe was able to negotiate a settlement in the $700's creating another record in the area. If you have an Imaculate home do not think twice but give it to Joe Farr.

A very special person
I have known Dianne for 17 years and have found her very friendly, honest and a very intelligent person and always willing to put in 100% plus in whatever she does & that is why she has been successful in her career as a Real Estate Agent. I have chosen Dianne on two occasions to sell my two properties. She always kept me informed where things were at and the properties were marketed by her with high presentations and this is why they sold very quickly. Very personable and helpful and accomodating agent
Michael was a very helpful agent with great communication to me throughout the whole purchase of my property. I looked at a smaller apartment with him and he recommended looking at my now new home.I just settled on Friday which is very exciting. Knowledge, friendly and a great negotiator
Dianne was a delight to deal with, gave us great input on how to present our home and kept us up to date on comments from potential buyers. Dianne's knowledge of past sales and achievable sale price was 'on the money' and she worked very hard with the final purchaser to get the most for our house. Dianne also sold our investment property 6 months previous, with excellent results so we were very confident in her ability to successfully sell our home allowing us to move to the Sunshine Coast.
