Where to start. From the very beginning Joe Farr, our real estate agent, was not our first choice, but he was by far, our BEST choice of agents to handle the sale of our property. He was always there for us at every challenging turn of our journey of both selling and buying our new home. He went far and beyond what was expected of him both on a professional level and on a personal level. He was fully committed in getting a successful outcome for us on both the sale of our home and attaining the best price. He has a vast amount of knowledge and years of experience in his field, and instilled a feeling of confidence right from the very first meeting. He spent many hours advertising, promoting and handling the numerous texts, phone calls and open houses and inspections that were required to obtain a successful sale for us and then a successful new purchase. He was always there to support us every step of the way. We have great respect and regard for Joe and he will remain our friend for life. Professional and proficient

Excellent service
Dianne was an excellent choice for the sale of these units as she had sold other units in the complex and had a good background knowledge of the Body Corp, the on-site management and the units themselves. She worked hard seeking buyers and displaying the units and kept us informed throughout the process. Dianne is a great communicator and we found her very easy to relate to. All aspects of the sale were handled most professionally.

Friendly, Helpful and Interactive

Joe is very enthusiastic and passionate about real estate.
We had our property listed with a local agent on the mountain for 3 months and never received any offers, not even a insulting offer. We originally purchased the property from Joe Farr 8 years ago and decided to give Joe a try. On the first open home, the eventual buyer came for an inspection. It took a short time of negotiations until we received a positive result. Joe was very diligent and determined that he would get a successful result. We cannot recommend Joe Farr highly enough.
