Going above and beyond... with ethics!
Dianne and her team went above what was expected to market and successfully sell our home. We were in a fortunate position to have multiple offers presented by buyers and Dianne managed the situation professionally, ensuring we achieved the best possible price and contract conditions while also treating all buyers respectfully and without bias, ensuring they all had equal opportunity. Dianne is a great communicator and kept us in loop with everything throughout the entire selling process. Would recommend Dianne to any potential sellers.

Awesome service
Wow!!!; Garry's performance with the sale of my property was awesome. I had the property listed with another agent for 3 months with minimal interest & Joe Farr (Garry O'Brien) sold it in approx 4 weeks. Any time Garry had an enquiry he opened up the property to others (innovative) and when he had a perspective buyer he achieved $10k more than I would have accepted; even negotiating with the buyer on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, Communicating with me at ALL times.
