Could not get any better help in a quick sale and professional service that I wanted.

Dianne and her team went above what was expected to market and successfully sell our home. We were in a fortunate position to have multiple offers presented by buyers and Dianne managed the situation professionally, ensuring we achieved the best possible price and contract conditions while also treating all buyers respectfully and without bias, ensuring they all had equal opportunity. Dianne is a great communicator and kept us in loop with everything throughout the entire selling process. Would recommend Dianne to any potential sellers.

Wow!!!; Garry's performance with the sale of my property was awesome. I had the property listed with another agent for 3 months with minimal interest & Joe Farr (Garry O'Brien) sold it in approx 4 weeks. Any time Garry had an enquiry he opened up the property to others (innovative) and when he had a perspective buyer he achieved $10k more than I would have accepted; even negotiating with the buyer on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, Communicating with me at ALL times. I cannot recommend Garry O'Brien (& Joe Farr R.E.) more highly....Sincere thanks Garry (& Joe Farr RE)

I've known Joe Farr for more than a decade, and I've bought and sold and rented through his company with complete certainty of his efficacy and honesty. He's also been a delight to work with, and I will miss him and his hard-working wife, Jo.

Right from the start Joe has been very friendly and personable and willing to offer assistance where he can. Honestly a great realestate agent to have at your back as a new home buyer.

The whole process of the sale was extremely well planned and implemented right from the beginning. This planning included effective and clear communication of the whole team, to the use of amazing electronic media and sales signage. Joe and his team worked very hard for the sale and deserve all of the rewards from their hard work.

Joe's professional and courteous approach was a big help with the purchase of my first home. His calm, 'no rush' manner was reassuring in this very fast moving market. I recommend Joe to all prospective purchasers.
