Whenever I tell them what I need, they respond quickly and resolve issues efficiently. We used Faunt to manage our rental property and they had no hesitation in organizing building inspections for the new build and were great at organizing defects with the builder to be fixed up promptly. Our house was rented within the week and I was happy with the team at Faunt. They did rental comparison to the same properties in the area and had suggested market rents in the area. Hello Team at Faunt Realestate From the time we inspected this newly renovated property … we were extremely impressed with the service & knowledge from the local agents. We remained very keen that if this was our new we would be able to live there happily.
