We chose the Faunt Property Group to manage our rental as they were recommended by a number of people when we asked the local Facebook group for recommendations. We have not been disappointed. From the first people that we dealt with to Tayla, our property manager, their level of expertise and attention has been great. Tayla keeps in regular contact with us and has sorted out initial problems with the property (blocked toilet etc.) with speed and efficiency. We also get a fortnightly statement so we are aware of financial incoming and outgoings. Thus far we have no complaints about the service from Tayla and the Faunt Property Group and we would highly recommend them.

I have experienced several teething problems with this duplex and have found your staff lacking in the “can do” department regarding the building maintenance problems, and no 1 agent has been responsible. Emails have flown everywhere with no context and attachments left off. The builders maintenance people have been working with me as the agent has them confused, and the agent, Jessica, has been rude to them. 1 item, range hood in unit 1, only required the appliance being plugged in to work, but your agent didn’t try and find a solution to the problem before throwing emails everywhere. I understand that the holiday period was disrupting, however I didn’t need the new tenant in unit 2 complaining about the units cleanliness on move in. This should have been addressed prior. Also the lawn maintenance was clearly stated that I would be responsible, however this was missed. I repeatedly requested what arrangements were in place for this, but until I phoned and directly questioned Nikki, I was gaslighted on this. I need 1 agent to be responsible for my property, 1 agent that is totally responsible for any communication with myself and the builders maintenance team . I agent where the buck stops. I expect to be in the communication , however I do not want to be the one to be liaising with the builders maintenance team. I also expect your agents to have keys, access arrangements in place when the tradesman are available to fix any problems. Rescheduling is not acceptable because your agents cannot make it happen. All in all it’s been a rocky road, hopefully smooth sailing ahead.

Even before I met any of the staff at Faunt, I noticed the turnaround time from inspection to leasing a property was sometimes only 2 days. Wow! Their volume of rentals was maybe equal or more than Ray White - maybe the most prolific rental agency in H.Bay. After I saw their turnaround time and liking the quality of their properties, I started inspecting only Faunt properties. Since we were successful in gaining a rental with them, I have met some of the staff and they are very professional and nice also. They are quick to respond to my enquiries, and quick to contact the owner for repairs when needed. We’ve only been in the house for a few days, but I am happy so far.

I am moving from the Sunshine Coast to Hervey Bay. Travelling back and forth for inspections was challenging. Trying to organise more than one inspection per visit was difficult. When I phoned Nikki (Agent) on the day of viewing another property asking if I could view her property that wasn’t planned for that day, she made it happen, my application was accepted, and the whole process ran smooth. Nikki was very professional, patient and helped me land the unit I wanted over all the other properties I viewed. Thank you Nikki :)

Peoperty manager went out of her way to give us an inspection and from then on things went smoothly and in a timely manner. Responses to questions and concerns are handled quickly. Reception staff are also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Real Estate.

We found the professional support of the whole Faunt team invaluable in their stress-free support for renting our property. The market appraisal by Trent was prompt and comprehensive and the bringing of the property to the market with first class photography and internet advertising and the effective management of the marketing by Zoe was spot on. With attention to maintenance issues, it is clear that Merv is the go to - with good follow up on outstanding issues. When it came time to tenant selection, Zoe's experience in what to look out for and what was needed was very comforting in making the choice. Overall very happy with the complete service provided by the Faunt Property Group

Great first experience. Easy application, friendly processed application and answer in 48 hours. For owners, looks like they are on the ball, renters, easy fast application and answer. Been renting for 35 years one of the best so far, will update in 4 months after 1st inspection.
