Glenn and his team at Action Realty Ipswich are Quite Friendly and had no troubles getting a hold of them. Negotiations were really good and Glenn was even Kind Enough to Offer his Services to the owner of the house for finding her and her mother a place to live - Free Of Charge! Don't see that one very often, so quite impressed! would be happy to deal with them again!

I am very happy with Lyn Armit as she is straight forward and open. Tells you what you need to know and answers your questions within minutes (via SMS) even late at night. I myself don't like fiddling with negotiation and playing game so told her what my reasonable offer was and she saw that was reasonable so she went and did the talking with the owner and the results was history. Even after the settlement, she was still approachable to answer any questions I had, where most would leave you like a stranger.
