It was a wonderful experience listing our house with Helene. Helene recommended staging of our home, and connected us with one of the most professional interior designers we have met. The photos that formed the ad were of a very high standard. We followed the advice Helene gave us, and when she saw the end result, she encouraged us to list at a higher price - you cannot imagine our excitement when we were told this! The house sold very quickly after listing - within a week - with multiple offers coming in, and higher than our asking price! During the stressful period to achieve unconditional contract, Helene and her team were in regular contact which made us feel more at ease. Overall, from the start of the sale to the end, this has been one of the best experiences we have had when dealing with property, as either buyer or seller. We recommend Helene and her team to anyone wishing to buy or sell property - They have the right support contacts, they have the customer base, they have the drive to succeed. This is a very professional team who work together supporting each other. We would use Helene and her team again.

Whilst considering other agents initially, I decided to go with Helene after she was recommended to me from a friend who had sold three properties with her previously. He's quite particular about such things, and as such his recommendation held much weight in my decision. I wasn't to be disappointed, as the property was under offer within 2 days of going online! Helene (and her team) was super easy to work with as she was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. She gave great advice and contacts for the preparation staging of the home and the photography provided through the agency was first rate. I don't think I could have asked for easier or more painless process throughout. I'd certainly use Helene again and would recommend her services without hesitation.
