awesome cool agent!
the best agent i ever hired to sell my house, we did tried everything to sell the house but at the end, found many different procedures to achieve the goal, i would recommend helene to anyone else! Remember good things come to those who wait!

Could not have had a bewtter person as our agent
Lyn was recommended to us by a family friend and I must say that from our very first meeting we had confidence that Lyn was the right person for the job. She guided us through every step of the sale, advising us what our options were but never forcing her opinion on us. Having lived in our home for 44 years she understood what memories we were leaving behind which made the path to downsizing much easier. Great service, great outcome
Glenn got a great price for my home in a quick timeframe. He was excellent from very first contact - quick response times for queries, very effective recommendations to get the house market-ready within my budget, and extremely good knowledge of the market. Once on the market, he kept me up-to-date with any progress. The house ended up selling for higher than I expected and within a week of launching - I was pleasantly surprised.
