Lyn made selling my property simple and seamless. She stepped me though everything and was available when ever I had a question to be answered. Lyn even offered to assist with my search for a new home even though my desired area was on the north side of town. Lyn arranged viewings of potential properties I had chosen and even picked me up and took me to view each property. Once I decided which property I wanted, she handled the negotiations until a price was agreed. Even after the contract was signed, she kept in contact to make sure the sale progressed. From the first time I spoke with Helene, meeting her at our new house to view, Helene was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the house and area. When we put in our offer I think Helene was initially more excited about the approval then us, as we were still in shock that the owner agreed to sell. Helene has provided us with all the information that we need to get the ball rolling for all inspections to conveyance. Once we had been given our unconditional approval Helene invited us out to the house to hammer in the SOLD sign, we were meet by this wonderful lady who was bubblier than a freshly pop bottle of champagne.
