We have been clients of First National for thirty years and consequently had high expectations of Sue's professional expertise, these proved to be well justified. Sue demonstrated a well founded knowledge of the Byron Bay market and communicated her knowledge clearly and carefully starting with the work standard required for a quick sale at the best price. (please note that the house had been a rental property for over ten years). At no time did Sue try to pressure us with high pitched sales and technical talk, something for which we were both grateful. Sue carefully and clearly explained her plan for the sale explaining that there few houses in the area for sale and that she would have to feel out the price people were prepared to pay. We were very impressed with the competency of her plan and the thoughtful yet enthusiastic energy she displayed in it's implementation. We had to leave the Bay prior to the sale but again Sue's professional expertise continued to be demonstrated, at least twice a week she would phone us to keep us informed of any progress, what action she had bee taking or need for any change needed to increase the saleability of the property. We would emphasis that at no time did Sue alter her modus operandi without communicating the reasons for the required change. We were both well satisfied with the price Sue obtained for our property. In conclusion we would like to express our thanks, gratitude and deep satisfaction to Sue for her very high professional and communication skills plus her very friendly and approach to us as clients it was professionalism at its best. I really liked to dal with Luke and he went out of his way to show me properties and to make a sale. What I was dissatisfied with was a promise that it was easy to sell my unit without being in the country. I asked before I left if any more papers needed to be signed and was assured all was done. It proved very difficult to do that

Sharon worked very hard for us and kept us in the picture , she presented with spunk and enthusiasm ,good business principals and ethics and had done her home work of the local area before meeting us on our property. We are very attached to the family farm in millionaire row at Federal and currently feeling the journey of loss and grief. The settlement day is now 26/6/1015 and agreed by all parties. I had a call from another agent from Byron Bay this morning , who we had meet from our investigations from the early days of finding some one we could trust to help with this project . I gather considering all in all we came out in front, on the day and with the current market values, Sharon too thought that we should be happy . Thank you all for your help, all members of staff in the office, the spoils like coffee and cupcakes , Paul who assisted Sharon on farm visits and the auctioneer of the day . A big thanks to you Sharon . We are not sure about the tenant , now quibbling about improvements to the house, a special aerial for the TV and a replacement stove that he / Simon put in some many years ago ,can only guess that its all about survival and catching up to the real world .
