Initially, Helen was good. She was calm, informative and prompt. Unfortunately, her attitude changed along the way due to her assuming information which she should have asked. I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me and she was very rude. She was also very rude to my mortgage broker, who told me in his 20 years of being in his profession, had never been spoken to like that before.
