With Oliver in charge, I felt like the sale of my property was in good hands. He was accurate in his assessment of the value of the property, and worked together with me to plan the campaign and get the property ready to sell. I was relieved that he was the person negotiating a price with buyers, it took the angst out of the whole process. In the end I got a price that was in the high end of what he had proposed. I liked Oliver's energy, enthusiasm and optimism. He was professional and business-like, at the same time keeping it real.
