In April this year, I have chosen First National in Byron Bay to sell our property, a large piece of land on Binna Burra road. Helen and her team who helped us sell the property were amazing ! First, I found them very professional and efficient. In one week, the pictures of the property were taken by a professional and the property was advertised on line and in the newspaper. Every week, I have received a detailled report of all the visits done on the property and the phone calls received, and after each opening Helen would call me and give a precise description of potential buyers. Helen is knowledgeable, personable, endlessly patient, and generous with her time. Of French origin, I was not familiar with the Australian realstate market, it was also my first experience of selling a property in Australia. She took the time to explain me the specificity of auctions and many other things. She answered all my questions, and explained me every part of the selling process.
