He managed to organize viewing to our time table & happily waited for us when we were running late! He went out of his way & spent out of business hours time finding answers from council officials on subjects we inquired about, I thought this particularly was over & above the usual services provided to buyers. I felt that although his first & foremost loyalty was, of course, to his vendors he really did advise us how to make offers within our budget which may be successful. I felt he wanted us to be successful - but of course a good agent would make every prospective purchaser feel that way! Again I would highly recommend Luke.

For the last 6 months or so I have been looking to buy property in the Byron Bay Area. I first contacted a few agents in Ballina and Byron letting them know I was in the market as well as arranging some inspections, I could not believe that not one of these agents either called me back or followed me up, particularly after an inspection. To me service is everything and I was put off by this and decided to delay purchasing. My second attempt was a lot more promising after contacting First National in Byron. I got a call back from Luke Elwin an agent from FN and straight away he made me feel comfortable dealing with him. He called back when he said he would every time, as well as email communication was also thorough and consistent.
