Fantastic experience. Great team at First National and they seem to work very well together. Travis is great, very responsive and really supports Tara seamlessly. Tara is very well respected in the area. A buyer's agent I used told me from his experience she was one of the best agents he has ever dealt with. Don't think just because she's so personable and pleasant that she is also not very determined when she needs to be. Vendors should be very confident she will push to get the right deal for the vendor. Ultra professional. The best agent in the Byron Bay area no question.

I value honesty, integrity and genuine contact between people and having found an abundance in both Su and Luke I made my decision quickly and with complete confidence to engage them in the process of sale. Throughout they have heard of my concerns in navigating this field as a novice, supported me with information and transperancy, and really understood my somewhat unconventional need to find the right buyers who turned out to be those that offered less in dollar terms yet personally gave more of themselves for me to know clearly that my lovely little house is going into the hands of people that will love her as I do. I have learnt and been fully supported by Su and Luke to follow my instinct on this and can confirm that a good sale isn't all about those with the most money who wins. I believe they are stand out agents in that my level of satisfaction was a higher priority than level of commission received.
