I used Paul to sell my property in Kings Rd Federal. At all times he was enthusiastic and encouraging about it. He gave me constructive ideas on how to prepare it before sale. He was always happy to drive the 25 kms out for inspections weekly and for individuals wanting an extra inspection it was never a problem. His calm, patient and focused manner led to a good sale price and my confidence in him. I would not hesitate to use him again for selling another property. I then bought my new property through him.
