I literally met her for the first time, at the first viewing of the property, that I successfully bought the next day, with vigorous completion from two other parties. It was an intense and stressful time for me, and I would imagine, for the other two hopeful purchasers, and the vendor. Tara handled the situation with ease, grace, and no fuss. I was kept informed, but not pressured, and given the information and space required to make the right decisions. I used Paul to sell my property in Kings Rd Federal. At all times he was enthusiastic and encouraging about it. He gave me constructive ideas on how to prepare it before sale. He was always happy to drive the 25 kms out for inspections weekly and for individuals wanting an extra inspection it was never a problem. His calm, patient and focused manner led to a good sale price and my confidence in him. I would not hesitate to use him again for selling another property. I then bought my new property through him. Again he was happy to take me through at the times I requested and knowledgeable about comparative properties in the area.

“Our experience with Helen Huntly-Barratt from the First National Team, Byron Bay was awesome! We spoke to Helen a year before we sold as at that time we were still really unsure if we wanted to put the property on the market.
