I literally met her for the first time, at the first viewing of the property, that I successfully bought the next day, with vigorous completion from two other parties. It was an intense and stressful time for me, and I would imagine, for the other two hopeful purchasers, and the vendor. Tara handled the situation with ease, grace, and no fuss.
