Su has been an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire buying process. Nothing was ever a problem for her, and we had lots of requests for her to deal with! We found Su to be exceptionally professional at all times and completely helpful when negotiating with the owner. She pulled the rather tricky deal together in the end, where it looked like it was a bit of a lost cause, and we are so happy it came thru! Su really made the process as stress-free as possible with her super friendly and calm way. We would totally recommend Su to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property. When we told our Byron Bay solicitor the name of our Real Estate Agent, she said 'Oh that's great, Su is the best Real Estate agent in Byron', and we agree.
