Luke has been terrific to deal with. He has communicated regularly with us, following up in a timely manner and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Despite us trying to drive a better deal before making our offer, he managed to build value into the property rather than discount the price so I would suggest he acted with the Vendor's interest in mind.
