Whilst most of our dealing were with Su our initial contact with Tara was what put us onto the property we purchased. Being very naive and nervous about selling our property I was very glad to have had Paul recommended to me. I found him to be very professional yet relaxed and friendly and very patient. Throughout the marketing and sale of the property Paul regularly provided me with up to date information on local market movement, the details of all interest shown in our property and always followed up with prospective purchasers. Never was I pressured to make decisions in which I was not comfortable and if I made decisions the opposite to Paul's advice he still fully supported the decision I had made. Paul also showed integrity, respect and understanding in dealing with both myself and my ex partner through what was a difficult time for us both.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Paul during the purchase of our property in Suffolk Park . From the outset Paul's relaxed , easy going manner allowed us a calm environment in which we could inspect the property without the feeling that we were being pressured. Paul was extremely helpful during the negotiation period . As a local for many years in Byron Paul has an in-depth knowledge of the region and the local housing market.After the sale was signed he was always available to assist us with recommendations for local tradesmen , pool maintenance etc. As we shall be renting the property he quickly set up a meeting with the Rental Dept of the agency and in no time it was advertised for rental. I have with met with Su over a few years to discuss my options for selling. I have always enjoyed her communication style and the fact that she has treated me as an individual respecting my boundaries and being sensitive to my needs.
