I engaged Ryan to sell my parent's house at Werri Beach. Whilst I have had a long experience with First National, buying, renting out and selling property in the area, this was the first time I had had contact with Ryan. I live in Canberra and my parents are overseas, so we were reliant on Ryan to look after the sale from beginning to end. Ryan proved to be a highly competent and capable sales person. But where Ryan really excelled was in his after sales care, he had to handle a number of tricky negotiations after the sale and he did this with great care and skill. As a vendor, it can be quite emotional selling the family home and when I expressed my feelings about things Ryan did not brush them off but sat, listened and responded to my concerns with genuine empathy and understanding. In my experience Ryan is no "flashy" sales person but a thoughtful and considerate agent, who acted on my parents behalf. It was a very emotional decision when my husband and I decided to put our investment property in Gerroa on the market.
