We first started to deal with Bart around 1 year before we listed our home. During this time Bart stayed in regular contact without being your typical pushy agent. When it came time to list Bart took plenty of time to run us through the process and what options we had as far as the actual listing was concerned. We followed his advice fairly closely and to Barts credit the property sold in a little over a week for a sum that was pretty much in the middle of the estimated range.
