My mother recently moved to aged care and decided it was time to sell her home, right before the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. While we had agreed to sell at auction, this had to be hastily rethought and Chris was able to achieve an acceptable sale price just as the local market began to slow down. Through his diligence, Chris was able to negotiate a sale in difficult circumstances that saved us from having to postpone the sale and perhaps sell in a depressed market.
