I had previously bought my home through Chris and been impressed with the way he went about marketing and selling properties. When I began thinking about selling, I called Chris to find out what he thought he could do for me. At the time I was not absolutely convinced I was going to sell. Rather than pressure me either way, Chris explained the options and ran me through the relative advantages and disadvantages of each. As this was the first time I had sold a property, this was very informative and greatly appreciated. Throughout the sale process, Chris proved to be remarkably attentive and flexible, and kept me abreast of any developments as they happened and working with me to get everything across the line whilst I was in the middle of an overseas move. In doing so, he exceeded every expectation I had. I would give my Chris my highest recommendation to anybody, and would not hesitate to buy or sell through him again.
