I initially met with Chris at his office re the sale of my property in Belmont.
During my meeting with Chris, he provided me with a Comparative Market Analysis doc, which we went through together to give me a bit of an understanding of what the market was doing in his area. We then had a discussion re my property & my price expectations, which Chris & myself agreed upon. Chris then advised, we would allocate a price range we should go to market with, also an online sales strategy to ensure my property would receive maximum prominence throughout our sales campaign. Once we agreed on this strategy Chris went through the Dowling Eastlakes Real Estate contract with me (ie very thoroughly) & we agreed our position to take our property to the market. After our first open day, Chris advised he had a few potential buyers & he kept me posted. Within a day/two we had an offer on the table, which was a little below our expectations, however through Chris's negotiation skills, he managed to convince the potential buys not only to meet our sales price, but it was exceeded!!! As a recent customer of Chris's, I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, the way he kept us in the loop re the open house, sales process etc (ie although we only had our property on the market for a very short time) & then he managed to exceed our sale price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dowling Eastlakes & especially Chris Rowbottom's on an exceptional job done re the sale of my property in Belmont.
