After attending many house auctions in the Epping area, it was an easy decision to engage Allison , ably assisted by Danielle, to sell our deceased parents property in Epping. Alison has been a great agent from start to finish. Alison has been lovely to work with from her advise on how to market and present our property, to the excellent feedback after every inspection time. As we did not live in the property, Alison went out of her way to always arrive early before an inspection and make sure the property was looking it's best. Now this is commitment! We have noticed that with other agents, inspections are "farmed out" to Junior staff members to simply take names and phone numbers but not with Alison - she was always there to point out the highlights of the property. She was also very flexible about setting the inspection time to when our property looked it's best, which I don't believe happens with other agents. Alison kept in great communication with each potential buyer for our auction and achieved an exceptional result. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone wanting to sell their property.
