Due to circumstances around the timing of us retiring to a new home interstate the house ideally needed to be sold prior to Christmas and only went live on the market November 13, 2024. We went to Auction which was not successful however Paul worked extremely diligently continuing to engage with the eventual purchaser post the Auction. In what I can only imagine is a rarity contracts were exchanged on the evening of Christmas Day; we cannot thank Paul enough for doing what he did on the day, a day I am sure his family would have dearly loved his full attention.

Youhan was our first contact with the agent and he immediately set in motion a follow up for a meeting and to talk through the process. He was approachable and easy to talk to, and was patient with our questions. Youhan was readily available to be contacted and action any requests.
