Youhan was our first contact with the agent and he immediately set in motion a follow up for a meeting and to talk through the process. He was approachable and easy to talk to, and was patient with our questions. Youhan was readily available to be contacted and action any requests. He quietly worked in the background to facilitate the setting up of the house for sale and to facilitate prospective buyers through for inspections.
